Devices are used and refurbished. The product page describes cosmetic grade, configuration, capacity, battery and included accessories. The delivered unit may show minor cosmetic differences from illustrative photographs.

Orders depend on actual availability. If stock is unavailable after payment, MediaStreet will offer an equivalent solution or promptly refund the affected amount.

The customer checks configuration, details, delivery and total price before final confirmation. An electronic confirmation summarises the order.

MediaStreet may refuse or suspend an order for probable fraud, manifest pricing error, failed payment or unresolved prior dispute, in accordance with law.

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery and supplements are shown before confirmation.

Stripe processes online payments. MediaStreet does not store complete card details.

Available delivery options, charges and estimates are shown during checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Risk passes when the consumer physically receives the goods. Missing or damaged parcels should be reported promptly.

Consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to notify withdrawal for online purchases, followed by the statutory return period.

Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may lead to lawful depreciation. Direct return costs may be charged where clearly disclosed, except for non-conformity or MediaStreet error.

For repairs started at the customer’s express request during the withdrawal period, the performed proportion may be payable. The right may be lost after full performance with the legally required express acknowledgements.

Belgian legal conformity protection applies. Any lawful reduction for second-hand goods must be clearly agreed and may not fall below the legal minimum.

Where MediaStreet promises a 24-month warranty, that commercial commitment applies and never restricts statutory rights.

Normal disclosed wear, impact, liquid damage, misuse and unauthorised intervention are excluded where legally permitted.

Online estimates remain indicative until workshop diagnosis. No additional paid work is performed without explicit approval.

Customers must back up their data and confirm they are entitled to submit the device. Price, parts, estimated timing and repair warranty are confirmed before work.

Belgian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Invalid clauses do not affect the remaining terms.
