• Identity, email, phone and delivery/billing addresses.
• Order, products, configuration, amount, delivery and transaction status. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by MediaStreet.
• Repair device, model, fault, estimate, tracking number and communications.
• Firebase account identifier, preferences and account history.
• Technical and security logs, IP address and browser data.
• Google Analytics audience data only after consent.

• Orders, delivery, repairs and after-sales: performance of a contract.
• Accounting, invoicing and warranty: legal obligations.
• Security, fraud prevention and technical improvement: legitimate interests.
• Google Analytics: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
• Marketing where applicable: consent or another lawful basis, with easy opt-out.

Authorised MediaStreet staff and providers receive only necessary data, including Strapi, Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, carriers and email providers.

International transfers, where applicable, rely on GDPR-recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

• Orders and invoices: Belgian accounting and tax retention periods.
• Repairs and warranties: contract and warranty period plus legal defence needs.
• Accounts: until deletion, subject to legal duties.
• Cookie consent: 6 months unless withdrawn earlier.
• Google Analytics: according to the retention configured in the Analytics property, which must be verified by MediaStreet.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent.

You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

MediaStreet uses proportionate access controls, encryption in transit, data minimisation and server-side secret separation.

This policy may change when services, providers or laws change.
