Cookie policy

01

Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small files stored by the browser. The site also uses localStorage and sessionStorage for useful device-side information.

Strictly necessary technologies are active without consent when required for a requested service such as the cart, language, authentication, security or consent storage.

02

Strictly necessary storage

  • mediastreet_cookie_consent — stores your choice for 6 months.
  • i18n_redirected — remembers the site language.
  • mediastreet_cart — localStorage used to retain the requested cart.
  • Firebase session and authentication data — required for account login and security.
  • mediastreet_checkout_draft and form drafts — prevent loss during an active journey.

03

Google Analytics

MediaStreet uses Google Consent Mode. Before you choose, Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default, so no Analytics cookie is created. Google may receive cookieless technical signals to record consent status and measure the tag globally.

After consent, cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> may be used for audience statistics. Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled in this integration.

You can withdraw consent at any time; MediaStreet then sends a denied signal and removes accessible Analytics cookies.

04

Crisp support chat

Crisp loads only when you enable the “Chat support” category. It lets you contact MediaStreet and resume a conversation across pages.

Crisp uses technical cookies beginning with crisp-client/ to link the browser to a conversation session. MediaStreet limits their lifetime to 30 days in this integration.

You can withdraw permission from the footer. The chat is then disabled and accessible Crisp cookies are removed.

05

A free and changeable choice

Accept and reject are available at the same level. Rejection does not block the catalogue, cart or checkout.

The choice lasts 6 months and can be reopened from the footer.
